What the Authority decided

24 March 2025 তারিখে, Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (the Authority) registered migration agent (RMA) Ms Nilli Singh Bhandari (MARN 2318142)-এর আচরণ সম্পর্কে 33টি অভিযোগের তদন্তের পর তার নিবন্ধন বাতিল করার সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়।

The Authority found that the Agent:

• Acted with a blatant disregard for the migration law.

• Commenced operating a new migration business (Beyond Borders) with no thought or regard for her previous clients from My Ambition.
• Failed to report misconduct of the staff from My Ambition.
• Attempted to avoid accountability for her failure to provide the services for which she was engaged by falsely claiming she was not the complainants’ RMA because she had not signed a Form 956.

The Authority was also satisfied that the Agent was not a person of integrity, or otherwise not a fit and proper person to give immigration assistance.

6. Only then, find someone else. A new agent needs the file and the dates. The first five steps are what make that first conversation useful instead of exploratory.

What this decision does not mean
