Every one of these answers a question that somebody would otherwise have to ask a migration agent, and pay for, or guess at. None of them is advice. They do arithmetic on published numbers, and they check conduct against published rules.

That distinction is the whole design. Under section 280 of the Migration Act 1958 it is a criminal offence to give immigration assistance in Australia unless you are a registered migration agent or an Australian legal practitioner.
