What the Authority decided

27 August 2024 তারিখে, Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (the Authority) Former Agent Ms Romona Martinovici (MARN 1383584)-কে registered as a migration agent হওয়ার জন্য আবেদন করা থেকে barred করার সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়।

The Authority found that the Former Agent:

• Knowingly submitted a nomination application without the specified accompanying documents;
• Did not have a sound working knowledge of the relevant migration legislation and due regard for her clients’ dependence on her knowledge;

The Former Agent’s barring will be in effect for a period of three (3) years from the date of the Authority’s decision.

What a bar means if this was your agent

What this decision does not mean
