What the Authority decided

On 25 August 2026, the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (the Authority) decided to caution Ms Rashmere Bhatti (MARN 1279063) for a period of six (6) months and until certain conditions are met, following an investigation into the Agent’s conduct.

The Authority found that the Agent:

• Failed to notify the Department that she had provided immigration assistance
• Failed to respond to requests from the Authority for information and documents
• Lodged a visa application that was vexatious or grossly unfounded
• Failed to take all reasonable steps to maintain the reputation and integrity of the migration advice profession

What this decision does not mean
