What the Authority decided
28 May 2025 তারিখে, Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (the Authority) সিদ্ধান্ত নেয় যে সাবেক এজেন্ট Mr Mohamad Salah Diab (MARN (মাইগ্রেশন এজেন্ট রেজিস্ট্রেশন নম্বর): 1462262)-কে এজেন্টের আচরণ সম্পর্কিত একটি অভিযোগের তদন্তের পর 12 মাসের জন্য migration agent হিসেবে নিবন্ধিত হওয়া থেকে বিরত রাখা হবে।
The Authority found that the Former Agent breached his obligations under sections 13, 19, 32, 33, 40, 51, 53, 55 and 56 of the Code of Conduct for Registered Migration Agents (the Code) which came into effect on 1 March 2022.
The Authority found that the Former Agent:
- Knowingly lodged visa applications which had little or no prospects of success.
- Failed in his duty to act professionally, competently and diligently during his dealings with his clients, the Department and the Authority.

What a bar means if this was your agent

What this decision does not mean

Finding someone else
